Participate in a leadership development program while assisting with car wash site operations. Lead and coach customer service and sales attendants, support recruiting and training, drive memberships and sales, manage scheduling and inventory, monitor performance metrics, resolve customer concerns, and maintain a clean, safe, efficient outdoor operation. The role prepares high-potential leaders for promotion to Site Manager.
