Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills in a full-time weekday office environment.

Provides administrative and workflow support for cabinet design projects. Reviews established layouts, updates drawings in 2020 Design, processes builder revisions, tracks project status in Monday.com, maintains digital records, identifies discrepancies, and routes completed information to internal teams and field sales representatives. The role requires accurate, repetitive processing of high-volume cabinet orders while following established procedures and deadlines. Training is provided, and prior cabinet-design experience is not required.

Coordinates installation schedules, appointments, customers, contractors, builders, and internal teams. Tracks project progress, maintains documentation, monitors completion timelines, resolves scheduling conflicts, supports installation managers and crews, and provides customer service throughout the installation process.
