Coordinates end-to-end agency recruitment and staffing for external clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, client intake, interviews, offers, onboarding, and placement logistics. Maintains candidate and client records in CRM or ATS systems, manages multiple requisitions, communicates updates, develops recruitment materials, and supports client relationships, recruitment campaigns, meetings, and site visits.

Coordinate QA/QC staffing for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects: source, prepare and place candidates; liaise with clients and candidates; manage assignment deliverables, reports, and complaints; ensure SLA/KPI compliance; maintain inspection records and support internal audits in line with ISO/IEC 17020:2012.
