Supports the HR Director with employee relations, compliance, compensation research, reporting, payroll processing, records management, performance reviews, recruiting, onboarding, training, and policy development. Maintains personnel files, licensing, credentials, PTO, benefits documentation, compliance materials, and employee handbook updates. The role requires strong communication, cultural competency, attention to detail, knowledge of employment regulations and HIPAA, and at least two years of HR experience.
