Develops, maintains, and troubleshoots Rockwell PLC, HMI, and PlantPAx systems in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include batch-control programming, system validation, documentation, change control, industrial networking, regulatory compliance, root-cause analysis, capital project support, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. The role supports FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, ISA-88, and IQ/OQ/PQ requirements while minimizing automation-related production downtime.
