Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers to drive client referrals and clinic starts. Use CRM and data to analyze referral trends, manage outreach, represent the organization at events, and collaborate with providers to support families and grow territory.

Oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate staff schedules and onboarding, manage front-desk and client interactions, support the Clinical Director, organize meetings, monitor attendance and timesheets, handle department purchasing and policies, and participate in performance management. Provide operational support to ensure smooth clinic workflow and high customer satisfaction.
