Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and business application issues; log and manage incidents; administer user accounts and access; manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; coordinate procurement and inventory; support system upgrades, migrations, vendor solutions, and ensure security, compliance, and documentation across multiple locations.
