Lead and develop an automotive dealership’s Business Development team. Manage coaching, recruiting, training, CRM accountability, customer lead follow-up, appointment setting, performance KPIs, workflow improvements, and coordination with sales leadership. The role is a hands-on management position focused on improving contact rates, appointment volume, show rates, customer experience, and dealership sales results.

Respond to dealership customer inquiries by phone, text, and email; answer basic questions, schedule and confirm showroom appointments, follow up with prospects and expiring leases, update CRM records, and communicate appointment details to the sales team. The role focuses on customer engagement and appointment setting rather than vehicle sales. Training is provided, and no automotive experience is required.
