Provide HR and office administrative support including coordinating meetings, events and food; managing supplies, mail, badges, and vendor relationships; maintaining intranet and shared files; preparing board packs and presentations; supporting executives with travel/scheduling/expenses; and providing shared HR team support.

Provide corporate HR services and office support, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, participate in ERP HR projects, and create internal communications and engagement initiatives to align stakeholders and improve employee experience.

Serve as first point of contact for business customers: enter and expedite orders, resolve inquiries on pricing/products/shipping, log quality issues, coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Billing, Engineering), maintain customer profiles, and handle international shipping documentation.
