Own and grow a portfolio of international enterprise accounts by deepening relationships, driving renewals and expansions, and coordinating with product and implementation teams. Serve as customer advocate, lead account planning and executive reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and travel frequently for onsite engagements to ensure successful outcomes.
