Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipate needs, handle confidential information, and ensure execution of priorities across the organization.

Lead and scale VASA's marketing project management function: own the marketing portfolio, build governance and processes, manage Asana and PM tech stack, align cross-functional stakeholders, run planning cycles, deliver consumer research projects, mentor PM team, and provide executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget campaign delivery and continuous operational improvement.

Lead strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and in-app to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Build automated journeys, segmentation, personalization, testing, and measurement while partnering with Analytics, Product, Brand, and Operations and mentoring junior team members.
