Performs cattle, commodity, and general accounting activities, including reconciliations, payments, invoices, settlements, reports, and financial records. Operates commodity weighing systems, schedules incoming trucks, and maintains documentation. Provides administrative and HR support, including onboarding, payroll data, personnel records, office supply ordering, and supervision of cafeteria and custodial staff. Ensures compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and applicable financial requirements.

Operates the main truck scale, weighs incoming and outgoing feedlot truck loads, verifies and corrects scale ticket information, and prepares and distributes generated and routine reports. The role also requires basic use and troubleshooting of office equipment and software, applying practical mathematical concepts, interpreting procedures, writing correspondence, multitasking, and maintaining accuracy in office-based work.
