Provide onsite IT support as the first contact for technical issues; maintain and configure workstations, printers, mobile devices, and network hardware; manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts; image, ship, and recover equipment; install hardware; produce documentation and end-user training; participate in on-call rotations.
