Lead planning and execution of Atera's in-person and virtual events portfolio, including conferences, meetups, and flagship virtual experiences. Manage end-to-end logistics, budgets, contracts, vendors, booth design, registration, travel, and on-site support. Own segment targets and pipeline health, manage and coach AEs and AMs, forecast and report performance, build sales processes and playbooks, recruit and onboard sellers, partner with Sales Ops/Marketing/SDRs, engage in high‑value deals as a player-coach, and drive C-level engagement and AI-native selling strategies.

Lead product marketing for Robin, developing vertical-specific messaging, sales enablement, and thought leadership. Train sales teams, support deals with collateral, run webinars and customer story programs, perform win/loss analysis, and define KPIs to drive enterprise adoption and win-rate lift.

Lead strategic enterprise engagements to design, implement, and operationalize Ateras Autonomous IT platform. Build integrations and custom scripts, document field solutions, inform product/R&D, define technical roadmaps with customers, mentor other architects, and serve as senior technical escalation. Up to 30% travel.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI and SaaS engagements. Own project plans, governance, UAT, hypercare, escalation management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful production rollouts.

Own ABM strategy for enterprise accounts to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities. Design multi-tiered playbooks (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), run tailored campaigns across channels, map buying committees, align with sales, use AI for personalization and insights, test and iterate, and report KPIs, pipeline influence, and ROI to leadership.
