Creates and manages print, digital, and experiential visual communications supporting Garden campaigns, events, publications, website, email, social media, and onsite experiences. Oversees projects from concept through production, maintains brand standards, coordinates vendors and photo/video shoots, develops motion graphics, and manages timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and creative archives. Collaborates across departments to deliver accessible, accurate, and compelling designs.

Coordinates temporary exhibitions, seasonal experiences, signage, installations, maintenance, evaluations, and deinstallations. Manages schedules, logistics, vendors, artists, contractors, volunteers, inventories, documentation, budgets, invoices, and project communications. Supports sourcing exhibit materials, gallery staffing, safety, repairs, cleaning, and visitor experience standards. The role requires physical participation in indoor and outdoor exhibit activities, including occasional off-hours work.

Support daily butterfly exhibit operations by supervising staff and volunteers, managing visitor flow, enforcing exhibit and USDA APHIS requirements, inspecting facilities, reporting issues, and facilitating special attendance sessions. The role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, outdoor work, prolonged standing, flexible scheduling, and occasional work in extreme heat.
