The Project Manager oversees vessel repair projects, ensuring customer communication, scheduling, budget management, and coordination with subcontractors to deliver a high-quality experience.

Lead job costing, WIP, and project-level forecasting across 30–40 active repair and construction projects. Partner with project managers to track cost vs. estimate, identify overruns, standardize reporting, build dashboards/models, improve processes and data flows, and support month-end close and leadership decision-making.
