Supports daily HR operations, confidential recordkeeping, HRIS administration, recruitment coordination, phone screenings, onboarding, performance review tracking, employee programs, benefits, events, recognition initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects. The role provides hands-on experience in human resources within a behavioral health organization and is unpaid in exchange for course credit.
