Process bi-weekly payroll for 800+ employees, audit timesheets, import and reconcile Paylocity data to NetSuite GL, manage cost allocations, ensure multi-state tax compliance, handle garnishments and payroll reports, and support payroll accounting and inquiries.

Provide first-level NetSuite support, coordinate operations and project schedules, manage documentation and communications, analyze business processes for improvements, co-facilitate meetings and trainings, and support finance and operations initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

Manage design, implementation, and evaluation of CACHI programs and ACH Network initiatives, including learning events, coaching, technical assistance, and data activities. Strengthen team operations, coordination, and partnerships across 36 ACH sites. Document lessons learned, support communications and field-building, and contribute to strategic priorities under the Program Director.
