Coordinates hazardous-material freight operations, including shipment and packing schedules, fleet and load planning, carrier management, freight audit preparation, customer communication, cargo classification, and regulatory compliance. Ensures dangerous goods are properly marked, labeled, documented, and transported according to DOT, IATA, IMDG, ITCO, and other applicable regulations. Performs data entry, checklists, account management, and operational support while maintaining service standards and following SOPs.
