Lead AI strategy documentation and communication: translate approved AI decisions into ADRs, capability frameworks, reference architectures and executive decks; maintain an architecture repository; support senior leadership with stakeholder and client-facing materials; evaluate AI platforms, produce PoVs, and provide architectural guardrails to delivery teams.

Run the AI Council's operational cadence and PMO: prepare executive-grade meeting materials, capture and track decisions and AI use-case pipeline, maintain RACI and governance artifacts, coordinate stakeholders across business/technology/data/risk, and drive actions to closure while continuously improving council processes and reporting.
