Oversee onboarding and work authorization compliance. Manage visa and immigration processes, coordinate new starter orientation and the first 90-day experience, conduct I-9/E-Verify audits, develop onboarding content, train P&C staff, liaise with leaders and external counsel, and ensure adherence to safety and P&C policies.

Lead data-driven reliability improvements for underground mining equipment: perform RCFA, analyze MTBF/MTTR/OEE, implement predictive maintenance and reliability strategies, mentor teams, liaise with OEMs, and support cost/benefit and safety-aligned improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Lead capital budgeting and capital project accounting activities: prepare and analyze AFEs, perform NPV/ROI and variance analysis, monitor forecasts and cash flows, collaborate with project managers, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and report project performance to senior management.
