Provides administrative and office support to an underground mining project team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, document control, reporting, recordkeeping, office supplies, IT access requests, stakeholder communication, and safety and environmental administration. The role maintains project and contractor statistics, distributes meeting minutes, supports incident reporting, and promotes a safe workplace while working shifts in a surface mine environment.

Leads major surface processing infrastructure projects at Haile Gold Mine, including the Paste Plant and Leach Circuit upgrade. Oversees feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, quality, safety, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinates contractors, consultants, suppliers, engineering partners, and operations teams while coaching project personnel and ensuring successful transition into operations.
