Processes, reviews, audits, and issues life insurance and annuity applications using administration systems. Manages pending policies, resolves errors, protects customer information, documents issue resolution, escalates complex cases, and supports process improvements and team turnaround goals.

Processes and adjudicates life insurance, annuity, trust, rider, and related claims within service and regulatory timelines. Verifies forms, researches insured status, calculates basic annuity cost basis, documents findings, prepares correspondence, and provides empathetic phone and email support. Contacts policyholders, agents, funeral homes, beneficiaries, and internal teams to obtain information and resolve issues. Maintains accurate records, supports team coverage, solves problems, and completes assigned projects.

Configure, develop, and maintain Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) solutions including rules, XML, and integrations. Build REST/SOAP/AsFile services, write T-SQL, troubleshoot production issues, support M&A conversions, collaborate in Agile teams, produce technical designs and automation, and support deployment and system improvements.
