Serve as a hands-on HR generalist supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, benefits and leave administration, compliance, performance management, HRIS maintenance, employee engagement, and process improvements while partnering with the Senior Director and managers to deliver consistent HR programs.

Provide administrative and office operations support including executive calendar management, travel and expense processing, PO and vendor coordination, meeting logistics, document management, onboarding logistics, and cross-functional project support for R&D and clinical teams.
