Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts by building customer relationships, achieving sales and revenue targets, handling inbound and outbound sales activity, identifying opportunities, maintaining account plans, and collaborating with internal teams and partners. The role also involves managing CRM data, meeting performance KPIs, supporting customer satisfaction, presenting to stakeholders, and continuously developing knowledge of Telstra’s ICT products and solutions.
