Define frontend standards and design system components, own end-to-end implementation, ensure accessibility, performance, testing, CI/CD, and reliability. Partner with Product and UX, mentor peers, and drive cross-team frontend initiatives.

Handle complex multi-line specialty claims (E&O, D&O, Crime, Cyber) from assessment through resolution. Determine coverage and reserves, retain counsel, negotiate settlements, attend conferences/trials, mentor regional handlers, train colleagues, collaborate with underwriting, monitor KPIs, control loss development and expenses, and support continuous improvement.
