Leads the company’s global payments strategy and operations, including processors, acquirers, routing, authorization optimization, payment economics, fraud and compliance coordination, reliability, reconciliation, and incident management. Manages strategic partner relationships, negotiates commercial terms, partners with Product and Engineering on payment capabilities, develops the payments team, and reports performance and risks to senior leadership.
