Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, controls, audits, treasury, tax coordination, risk management, and financial strategy. Partners with executives, lenders, auditors, and board committees while managing and developing the finance and accounting team. Oversees process improvements, ERP and accounting enhancements, cash forecasting, compliance, and decision-support analysis.

Supports partner onboarding, account coordination, communications, issue follow-up, reporting, documentation, task tracking, and ticket management. Manages smaller accounts with oversight, learns company systems and workflows, participates in cross-functional meetings, and provides application support. Requires confidentiality with sensitive consumer data, reliable attendance, strong communication, independent work habits, multitasking, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Develop relationships with independent insurance agencies and industry partners through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, discovery calls, and pipeline management. The role researches and qualifies prospects, conducts 25–30 daily outreach touches, schedules discovery meetings, supports proposals and onboarding, documents activity in the CRM, and builds expertise in IDIQ products. It requires at least two years of inside sales or call center experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with financial services or consultative sales methodologies.
