Manage complex rail technology projects from planning through installation, commissioning, acceptance, and closeout. Coordinate engineering, software, manufacturing, logistics, installation, service, sales, and finance teams while managing schedules, budgets, risks, quality, contractual deliverables, customer relationships, testing, documentation, and invoicing. The role supports transit agencies, rail operators, manufacturers, contractors, and internal stakeholders across North America and requires domestic and international travel.

The role also improves bid processes and serves as the primary technical coordination point during pursuits.
