Act as the voice of the customer to define product vision, refine the roadmap, create and prioritise backlog items, write user stories, and work with cross-functional development teams to ensure timely delivery within Agile/Scrum. Engage clients and stakeholders, track success metrics, accept completed work, manage third-party partner relationships, and communicate status and escalations regularly.
