Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and data center operations. Provide expert technical support, security incident response, patching, backup/recovery, inventory and access management, and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior staff, and improve onboarding/offboarding and operational processes to ensure infrastructure reliability and security.

Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of Total Rewards programs (compensation, equity, benefits, recognition). Partner with Executive Leadership, Board Compensation Committee, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure compliance, compensation governance, and competitive programs. Build and develop a Total Rewards team, manage benefits vendors, own equity strategy and SEC-related disclosures, and drive HRIS/compensation planning tools and analytics to support workforce planning and communications.
