The Motorhand position is responsible for all tasks and duties of a mechanical discipline and preventative maintenance basis as directed and within the scope of Parker Drilling’s safe-working practices. Key responsibilities include providing visible leadership, enforcing safety standards, following drilling plans, and assisting in rig floor operations.

The Roustabout assists with crane work and all aspects of drilling operations including rigging up and down, loading and unloading equipment, performing pipe tripping operations, and maintaining drilling systems. The role emphasizes leadership in safety, adherence to operational standards, and support for the drilling crew.
