The MDS Coordinator at Brooke Knoll Village is responsible for scheduling and completing MDS assessments, assisting with care plan coordination, coding based on physician diagnosis, transmitting assessments to CMS, overseeing MDS documentation, educating staff, and participating in audits and meetings. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

The Scheduling Coordinator prepares and maintains schedules and records for nursing staff, ensures adequate staffing coverage, replaces staff for call-ins and requests time off. They maintain communication with the Director of Nursing and coordinate absenteeism records with the payroll department.

The Payroll Specialist will maintain personnel records, process onboarding and termination forms, review timecards for accuracy, and ensure compliance with federal and state reporting. They will assist in payroll execution and administration of employee benefits while supporting the Payroll Manager with various tasks.
