Manage retention strategy, reporting, and optimization while supporting CTV, TikTok Shop, Reddit, and other emerging acquisition channels. Analyze ecommerce metrics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, run tests, and improve retention, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and growth efficiency.
