Provide operations and compliance support for GDI and incubated initiatives, managing subcontracting and subawards, donor and grant compliance, registrations, policy development, and systems for tracking procurement and deliverables. Liaise with external partners (legal, banking, insurance), support business operations launches for new legal entities, supervise Senior Associates as needed, and coordinate across finance, accounting, and talent teams to ensure policy and donor requirement adherence.

Provide operations and compliance support for GDI, its subsidiaries, and incubated initiatives. Coordinate across finance, legal, and talent teams to implement policies, monitor compliance, and maintain procurement and contract records. Perform risk assessments, monitor subrecipient performance, and support systems for tracking procurement, subcontracts, and deliverables.
