Lead implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target across web and mobile, design tagging and data architecture, translate business needs into tracking requirements, troubleshoot data collection issues, integrate with CDP (Hightouch), document data dictionaries, and drive adoption of analytics across cross-functional teams.

Lead delivery of commercial data sources, build data models, implement Databricks, create Tableau dashboards and reports, partner with business and IT to translate requirements, conduct analysis to improve data quality, and provide training and support for commercial decision-making.

Lead measurement strategy for paid and performance marketing, design and interpret A/B and lift tests, run incrementality and attribution analyses, and optimize channel budgets. Build business cases, develop dashboards and BI workflows, evaluate AI-enabled analytics tooling, and enable self-serve analytics. Partner cross-functionally and present insights to leadership to drive experimentation, growth, and LTV outcomes.

Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and retention across a B2B SaaS platform to generate evidence-based product insights. Track journeys, run cohort and funnel analyses, support A/B testing, define product KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and provide structured recommendations to inform roadmap and improve adoption and retention.
