Own service delivery (incident/change/problem management), vendor relationships, budgeting, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Prepare, clean, and analyze property exposure data for catastrophe modeling; run RMS/AIR models; generate and interpret loss outputs; produce reports and recommendations for underwriting and actuarial teams; support scenario analyses, data-quality improvements, and real-time event loss estimates; communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analyze blockchain data, creating efficient query solutions and fraud detection methodologies while ensuring data integrity and transforming customer data needs into actionable insights.
