Paid summer internship in EMC’s claims department. The intern will support claims teams by helping build data solutions for decision-making, learn insurance claims processes and business operations, and develop professional skills through mentoring, networking, special projects, and cross-departmental exploration. The role is fully remote within the United States and may lead to full-time opportunities.

Analyze performance marketing and subscription-funnel data, including acquisition efficiency, conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value. Build automated Domo dashboards and governed reporting pipelines from multiple data sources. Investigate data anomalies, analyze A/B tests, define KPIs, and communicate insights to executives. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, finance, agencies, and BI contractors while independently executing analytics projects and improving reporting workflows.

Leads consumer and market insights for Yahoo Ads, partnering with sales and go-to-market teams to develop data-driven narratives, audience profiles, vertical trends, case studies, and client materials. Uses Yahoo first-party data, syndicated research, quantitative and qualitative methods, and generative AI tools to accelerate research. Builds validated analytical templates and self-service resources, collaborates on reporting pipelines and dashboards, and translates complex findings into executive-ready presentations.

Leads and builds Instructure’s decision science function, including hiring, team development, roadmap ownership, experimentation, causal and predictive modeling, executive insights, and data literacy. Partners with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and executives to guide product, pricing, retention, go-to-market, and operational decisions. Establishes analytical standards, supports data infrastructure, and ensures ethical, privacy-conscious use of student data.

Analyzes complex data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities supporting tactical and strategic business decisions. Develops data collection systems, performs statistical analysis, creates reports and dashboards, and delivers end-to-end analytic solutions. Collaborates with business and technical teams to understand objectives, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights using business intelligence tools, databases, reporting packages, and data modeling techniques.

Develops strategic communications, stakeholder engagement plans, executive briefings, dashboards, KPI trackers, and analytical visualizations for global health leadership. Synthesizes complex programmatic, technical, operational, and stakeholder information; analyzes trends, risks, bottlenecks, and performance; and recommends actions. Supports requirements gathering, data quality, reporting standards, process improvement, change management, and engagement tracking across government and external partners.

Leads Supplemental and Group analytics and business intelligence initiatives, manages and develops analysts, defines KPIs, oversees dashboards and reporting, and translates complex data into strategic recommendations. Partners with business leaders and enterprise Data and Technology teams on data governance, quality, warehouse initiatives, and transformation. Drives cross-functional operational improvements, communicates insights to senior leadership, and ensures analytics support reliable, actionable decision-making.
