Lead complex analyses of large healthcare datasets to evaluate growth opportunities, measure test-and-learn results, build dashboards and automated reports, enable self-service analytics, and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive pharmacy prescriptions and immunizations growth.

Execute underwriting and case-valuation analytics: write and optimize SQL, build dashboards, maintain valuation models, forecast case outcomes, monitor portfolio performance, and translate insights for operational and marketing stakeholders.

Manage digital commerce analytics for e-commerce channels: own reporting, analyze sales/traffic/conversion/SKU performance, produce dashboards and presentations, support account managers, conduct promotion post-analysis, assist customer planning and deduction resolution, maintain data governance and reporting processes, and support cross-functional analytics projects.

Own the analytics function for a core business area (growth, product, AI, or partnerships). Define problems, build metrics/reports, run analyses and experiments, surface insights, and drive recommendations through to execution with cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop cost curves and analytics from historical cost and carbon data using BEA and Excel; manipulate large datasets, apply statistical techniques, produce insights and reports, support regulatory returns and SLAs, maintain corporate costing tools, and liaise with stakeholders.

Embed with a core business area to define problems, build reports, run analyses and experiments, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions end-to-end for growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships.

Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate strategic insights on market, regulatory, and macro trends; support product, pricing, credit, distribution, and member experience decisions; build analytical frameworks, communicate findings to senior leaders, and ensure risk and compliance alignment.

Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models. Partner with stakeholders and Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric) to transform data into insights, use Copilot Studio for AI-enabled reporting, improve performance/governance, support Excel-heavy reporting, and assist project management to maintain contractual compliance.

Summer 2027 paid internship in FTI Consulting's Technology segment. Interns join project teams, work with professionals and senior leaders, gain hands-on experience in Technology or Advanced Analytics practice areas, and are mentored by a dedicated coach. Candidates must be students graduating Dec 2027–Sep 2028, work full-time during the internship, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
