Support national community lending initiatives by developing ROI dashboards, analyzing event and CRM data, coordinating events and partners, enabling sales teams, managing budgets/contracts, and producing program performance insights to scale community outreach and homeownership programs.

Lead quantitative research and analytics for political and commercial clients: design experiments and surveys, manage RCTs and statistical modeling, generate strategic insights, oversee a team of data scientists and analysts, and deliver client-facing recommendations.

Analyze state-level business performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform pricing, product, underwriting, and risk management strategies. Translate stakeholder needs into analytics plans, triage requests, and surface insights via Looker/Observable. Set analytics stack direction and ensure data quality.

Analyze business questions using SQL and Excel, build dashboards and reports, synthesize findings into clear presentations, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders to drive strategy.
