Translates ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches, applies statistics and machine learning, establishes analytics best practices, mentors analytics professionals, and presents recommendations to executive leadership. Requires healthcare payer data expertise, advanced quantitative methods, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with cloud data platforms and scalable analytical datasets.

Supports Texas Workforce Commission technology initiatives through business and systems analysis. Documents functional, technical, accessibility, and security requirements; develops user stories, process maps, conceptual and object models, use cases, and architecture diagrams. Creates and executes test cases, ensures requirements traceability, supports legacy-system interfaces, facilitates cross-functional workshops, and assists with project lifecycle artifacts.

Lead BI reporting and advanced analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and ROI. Build dashboards, manage multi-source data, ensure data governance, provide actionable insights, mentor juniors, and partner with cross-functional teams to guide strategy.

Leads General Liability insurance pricing analytics, predictive modeling, model governance, and data science strategy. Develops, validates, deploys, and monitors advanced statistical and actuarial models supporting underwriting, profitability, and pricing decisions. Partners with actuarial, underwriting, product, claims, finance, and technology teams; communicates recommendations to senior leaders; manages complex projects; and leads, coaches, and develops analytical staff.

Owns the design, governance, and operational oversight of mortgage document-to-data processes. Performs data validation, reconciliation, exception management, quality control, and anomaly identification across acquisitions, servicing transfers, due diligence, collateral management, and asset management. Collaborates with stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, custodians, and servicing partners to resolve data issues, improve processes, and enhance loan data integrity.

Develop customer analytics that improve retention, growth, adoption, and operational performance. Serves as a technical lead and liaison among actuarial, business, and vendor stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
