Serve as a business-facing analytics advisor: translate business objectives into practical analytic approaches, design and support advanced analytics and reporting solutions, partner with data scientists and stakeholders, produce insights and visualizations, support change management and adoption, and help manage small analytic projects.

Lead AML and fraud analytics, reporting, and data management to monitor and mitigate financial crime risk. Manage a team delivering metrics, dashboards, and controls; partner on technology implementations; analyze transactions and trends; produce audit/regulatory-ready reporting; and recommend control and product improvements to reduce risk and support business decisions.

Deliver advanced SQL analyses, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, define KPIs, translate findings into executive-ready recommendations, partner cross-functionally, and support automation and reporting improvements.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models using Snowflake and other cloud sources. Collaborate with data engineers/ETL teams, gather stakeholder requirements, implement DAX and Power Query transformations, ensure data governance and performance, and deliver analytics within Agile processes.

Support warehouse operations by analyzing performance data, building dashboards and reports, automating recurring reporting, validating data, and providing actionable recommendations to improve productivity, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and service performance. Partner with operations leadership for staffing, forecasting, and continuous improvement through statistical analysis and ad hoc investigations.

Support enterprise BI data warehouse: perform ETL and data integration, develop SQL scripts, build and maintain SSRS reports and SSAS cubes, use Qlik for analytics, document solutions, support stakeholders and train end users.
