Lead growth initiatives for a hardware wallet's software ecosystem by optimizing onboarding funnels, leveraging analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude), collaborating cross-functionally, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to boost user engagement and retention.

Own product roadmaps for asset onboarding, vaults, compliance/KYC infrastructure, or partner integrations. Write specs/PRDs, run sprint planning, define KPIs, coordinate with Legal/Compliance, Engineering, Design, and BD, perform competitive analysis, and prioritize product tradeoffs to ship institutional-scale tokenized RWA products.
