Develop tools for ingesting, modeling, curating, and visualizing spatial data. Conduct customer site assessments, perform literature reviews, evaluate spatial algorithms, manage experiments, and assist with sensing-system development, testing, maintenance, and operation for landscape applications.

Teach undergraduate and graduate information systems and analytics courses, including course preparation, student assessment, grading, advising, and office hours. Participate in departmental, university, professional, and community service, contribute to student learning assessment, and maintain professional activity through scholarship, conferences, pedagogy, or industry practice.

Manage data and analytics consulting projects, teams, stakeholders, and delivery phases from requirements through deployment. Lead hands-on SQL and Python development, data modeling, data warehouse design, and BI visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks. Facilitate client workshops and executive meetings, manage risks and budgets, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to practice growth through mentoring, recruiting, and methodology development.

Monitors Azure data pipelines, Event Hubs streams, data freshness, alerts, and quality metrics. Documents incidents, supports source-system connectors and data-feed migrations, performs basic troubleshooting, maintains metadata and business-glossary records, validates data lineage, and compiles operational and data-quality reports. The role supports military readiness data systems and requires an active Secret clearance.

Serves as a strategic liaison between business divisions and technical teams, translating business needs into data and analytics solutions. Conducts data analysis, gathers requirements, supports reporting and integration initiatives, evaluates solution risks, and prioritizes data projects. The role guides solution design, data architecture, data quality, master data, cataloging, and advanced analytics efforts while presenting insights to business and technical stakeholders.

Acts as a liaison among clients, business teams, and IT to define, document, and communicate system requirements. Investigates production issues, submits requirements through JIRA, manages testing and UAT, develops SQL-based reports, analyzes data, supports system enhancements, and documents rollout activities. The role also contributes to process improvement, training materials, system maintenance, and stakeholder communication in an agile hybrid environment.

Analyze, document, and validate functional and nonfunctional requirements for Capital Markets programs. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify objectives, processes, operating models, and regulatory requirements. Resolve requirement gaps, ambiguities, and dependencies while supporting data analysis, data mapping, governance, Agile practices, product ownership, and team leadership. The role requires B2C customer experience expertise, including investor experience definition, and is performed onsite in Richardson, Texas.
