Build and own workforce capacity, forecasting, and scenario models that guide hiring, coverage, account assignments, and organizational design. Maintain executive-ready dashboards and real-time visibility into workforce supply, demand, hiring pipelines, utilization, attrition risks, and workload distribution. Partner with HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and business leaders to translate complex workforce data into actionable decisions and ensure consistent reporting and assumptions across systems.

Builds scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls while connecting customer, campaign, product usage, CRM, and revenue data. Delivers executive-ready reporting, QBR insights, and recommendations that improve conversion, marketing investment effectiveness, account-based marketing, product adoption, and pipeline growth.

Leads marketing measurement and analytics strategy, including Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, experimentation, dashboards, forecasting, and budget optimization. Manages 8–12 data scientists and analysts, partners with marketing and finance teams, and presents recommendations to senior leadership to improve campaign performance and financial outcomes.

Analyzes workforce data to optimize contact center staffing, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and performance. Builds KPI reports, dashboards, and forecasting models; identifies trends and risks; presents actionable insights; manages schedule and time-off updates; improves queue management processes; supports technology initiatives, real-time monitoring, and storm restoration efforts.

Supports Finance transformation initiatives by developing reports, dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and governed datasets. Performs data validation, reconciliation, business analysis, requirements gathering, process evaluation, data modeling, documentation, testing, and implementation support. Collaborates with Finance and technology stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities, data quality, system functionality, and operational efficiency.

Leads dashboard and reporting solution development using multiple data sources. Performs advanced SQL extraction, Excel analysis, and visualization with Tableau or Power BI. Translates business requirements into actionable insights, ensures data accuracy with technical teams, and mentors junior analysts. Preferred work includes SQL optimization, database administration, ETL development, Python automation, GitLab collaboration, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Analyze performance marketing data, including traffic quality, unit economics, reporting, attribution, A/B testing, forecasting, and monetization. Build dashboards, anomaly alerts, and data models using BigQuery, dbt, and Tableau. Partner strategically with performance teams to identify growth opportunities, improve channel evaluation, and guide scaling decisions through SQL, Python, and statistical analysis.

Supports QA, monitoring, and enhancement of cloud-based automation systems across physical security contracts. Responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy across Smartsheet workflows, dashboards, employee records, scheduling, training, and reporting systems; producing customer and labor reports; managing KPI analytics; updating data requests; assessing project health; and providing workflow insights and training. The role also supports scheduling, timesheets, PTO processes, and internal and external customer reporting.
