Analyze competitive pricing, supplier costs, market conditions, and margins to recommend price changes. Maintain product cross-reference and taxonomy databases, monitor competitor and minimum pricing, support contract and quote reviews, and identify sales opportunities from overstock and deadstock. Collaborate with product specialists, merchandising, sales, renovation, and national account teams on pricing strategies, gap analysis, flyer items, catalog pricing, and go-to-market recommendations.

Build and own workforce capacity, forecasting, and scenario models that guide hiring, coverage, account assignments, and organizational design. Maintain executive-ready dashboards and real-time visibility into workforce supply, demand, hiring pipelines, utilization, attrition risks, and workload distribution. Partner with HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and business leaders to translate complex workforce data into actionable decisions and ensure consistent reporting and assumptions across systems.

Analyzes banking data and business requirements for enterprise data, analytics, BI, ETL, and AI initiatives. Conducts stakeholder workshops, source-system analysis, data profiling, mapping, quality assessment, and gap analysis. Defines KPIs, dashboards, business rules, data lineage, and user stories; supports regulatory reporting, UAT, acceptance criteria, and business sign-offs. Collaborates with business, technology, architecture, and delivery teams using Agile practices and Azure DevOps.

Perform end-to-end commercial reporting and analysis: gather requirements, extract and maintain sales, margin, purchase and inventory data, build dashboards, deliver insights and market/competitive research to support commercial teams and decision makers.

Serves as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing, owning funnel, attribution, ROI, account scoring, experimentation, and pipeline analytics. Delivers executive-ready reporting, QBR insights, and recommendations that improve conversion, marketing investment effectiveness, account-based marketing, product adoption, and pipeline growth.
