Manage and maintain company websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.

Publish, update, and optimise website content, pages, forms, and digital assets.

Administer website infrastructure including domains, DNS, hosting, SSL certificates, backups, CDN services, and user access.

Monitor website performance, security, accessibility, and availability, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.

Manage website releases, testing, technical documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Oversee SEO, search visibility, website analytics, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

Develop and optimise content discoverability through SEO, structured data, and AI search (AEO) best practices.

Manage AI search crawler policies, indexing, sitemaps, and search eligibility across platforms.

Utilise AI tools to support content creation, analytics, troubleshooting, reporting, code review, and operational efficiency.

Evaluate, test, and govern AI plugins and services, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, licensing, and performance standards.

Analyse website and AI search performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Design, Security, and external vendors to achieve digital business objectives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Approximately 3-5 years in Website Operations, Web Administration, CMS Administration, WordPress Operations, or a closely related role.
Strong hands-on WordPress administration: themes, plugins, users/roles, forms, multilingual pages, staging, updates, troubleshooting, and backups.
Practical understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, hosting, CDN/caching, SFTP, logs, redirects, HTTP status codes, and restore/rollback.
HTML/CSS plus enough JavaScript and PHP familiarity to troubleshoot and safely adjust a WordPress environment.
Working knowledge of technical SEO, structured data validation, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, GA4, GTM, accessibility, and performance testing.
Evidence of using at least one AI assistant productively for content, diagnosis, coding, reporting, or workflow improvement.
Ability to explain how AI output was verified, what data was excluded, and where human approval was required.
Professional English and practical Arabic/RTL website awareness.
Based in Egypt

Preferred Qualifications

WordPress Multisite, WooCommerce, bilingual/RTL publishing, Linux, WP-CLI, SQL, Git, APIs/webhooks, cloud hosting, WAF/CDN administration, or Looker Studio.
Experience piloting or governing an AI-enabled WordPress

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field
3+ years of experience managing websites and content management systems, preferably WordPress
Experience with website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and web security practices
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web troubleshooting
Familiarity with technical SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
Understanding of website performance optimization, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Based in Egypt
Experience managing bilingual English and Arabic websites and RTL layouts
Knowledge of Linux servers, cloud hosting platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and CDN services
Experience with Git, version control, and deployment processes
Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
Relevant certifications in WordPress, SEO, web technologies, cloud services, or cybersecurity
Experience working in a corporate or enterprise digital environment
