- Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressive work experience in software development including webMethods, JMS and Universal Messaging, Java development tools, and Agile.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration technologies, ESB (WebMethods, etc.), other messaging oriented middleware.
- Should be a Self-starter.
- Strong SDLC, project management, time management, and tracking/reporting skills.
- 3 years of PROFESSIONAL experience in the U.S.
- 3 years of professional WebMethods experience
- MUST HAVE: Publish Subscribe Model in Webmethods. Some call it Pub Sub. This is 85% of the job

- There are 7 WebMethods developers on her team and 3 database developers. Since the webmethods is the Middleware they will able working closely with the database people as well as the web and mobile teams.
