This candidate will be able to cut up an artist's design to build Flex applications and websites using Photoshop, Adobe Flex 3.X+, HTML/XHTML, ASP.NET and CSS.
Website samples and portfolio are required. Experience building social networking sites is a huge plus.

Required Experience
- MUST HAVE PROVEN experience in web application development/design
- at least 4 years experience of collaborative web development methodologies
- strong organizational and communication skills
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science/MIS/CIS or other technical discipline
- interest and knowledge of the community based web applications and trends
- experience with Adobe CS5 Photoshop, adobe e-learning suite or adobe captivate, Flex/Flash Builder, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008
