Job Title: Information Security Systems Officer (ISSO)

Job Responsibilities:
-Host Based Security System (HBSS)
-Implement software patches and security fixes when it cannot be done using enterprise MECM
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop operating systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently while meeting metric requirements
- Proficiency with computer, network, and server hardware
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- General knowledge of HBSS, ACAS, and ARAD
- Knowledge of PowerShell and ability to write custom scripts
- Understanding of help desk ticketing tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Keen attention to detail
- Security+ certification
- TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree plus 2 to 8 years of experience; degree may be substituted for experience
