We are looking for a VP Product who has led meaningful change in a live, scaled product with real customers and real complexity.

You will own Duve's product strategy and Product organization, work closely with the CEO, R&D, Design and commercial teams, and help shape the company's next stage of growth

We are looking for a VP Product to lead Duve’s product strategy and Product organization through its next stage of growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who has driven meaningful change in a live, scaled B2B SaaS product with real customers, complexity, and an established product organization.

You’ll own Duve’s product strategy and direction, working closely with the CEO, R&D, Design, and commercial teams to make clear decisions about where we invest, what we prioritize, and how Product drives measurable business impact.

A key part of the role will be shaping how AI transforms Duve’s platform, hotel operations, and guest communication, while continuing to evolve a complex, multi-product platform used by hospitality businesses around the world.

• Significant product leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, at VP Product level or equivalent
• Proven experience evolving and scaling an established product used by paying customers, rather than primarily building products from zero
• Experience leading and developing an established Product organization and strong Product leaders
• Strong strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to connect product decisions and investments to measurable business outcomes
• Experience managing a complex product portfolio and making difficult prioritization and investment decisions
• Strong customer, market, and analytical instincts, with the ability to distinguish scalable product opportunities from individual feature requests
• Proven ability to build trust, clarity, and momentum across Product, Engineering, Design, and commercial leadership
• Experience working in an international SaaS environment with enterprise customers and complex integrations
• Strong AI product judgment, with experience identifying, prioritizing, and bringing AI-powered capabilities to market
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in hospitality, travel technology, or an adjacent industry
• Experience scaling a complex B2B SaaS platform through a similar stage of growth
• Experience building products that serve both business users and end consumers

• Own Duve’s product strategy and direction, translating company goals, customer needs, market shifts, and technology trends into clear priorities and investments
• Connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes, including growth, adoption, retention, expansion, and competitive differentiation
• Make clear strategic choices around where to invest, where to accelerate, and where to stop
• Define how AI can materially reshape Duve’s products, identifying opportunities across hotel operations, guest communication, decision-making, and personalization
• Partner closely with R&D to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable, scalable products that deliver real customer and business value
• Lead and develop an established Product organization, including its product leadership layer, while raising the bar for product thinking, ownership, and decision-making
• Create strong alignment and collaboration across Product, R&D, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and other commercial teams
• Develop a deep understanding of Duve’s customers, their operations, their guests, and the hospitality technology ecosystem, turning customer insight into scalable product opportunities
• Own prioritization across products, markets, customer segments, and platform investments, creating clarity around what we’re building, why it matters, and the outcomes we expect
• Balance innovation and growth with the quality, reliability, and platform investments required to operate mission-critical software at scale
