Arta Finance is building an AI-powered wealth platform that brings sophisticated investment capabilities and portfolio intelligence to modern financial institutions. Our platform enables banks, digital banks, and financial platforms to deliver institutional-grade investment products and portfolio insights to their clients through modern infrastructure and APIs.

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented VP of Product Management to lead the evolution of Arta’s institutional wealth platform globally. This leader will define the long-term product vision and platform strategy for Arta’s B2B wealth infrastructure while driving execution across partner deployments, platform capabilities, and investment workflows.

This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background or who has been in the tech industry for a long time, and who enjoys working closely with technical teams to build scalable financial platforms.

You will own the strategy and execution of core platform capabilities used by Arta’s global institutional partners, reporting to the Singapore CEO, and partnering closely with VP of Engineering and the Chief of Staff to define the roadmap and drive execution.

Own the B2B Wealth Platform Roadmap

• Define the strategic direction for Arta’s institutional wealth platform and partner ecosystem, balancing long-term platform vision with near-term partner and market needs

• Identify emerging opportunities in wealth infrastructure, AI-enabled advisory, and institutional investing to shape Arta’s next generation platform capabilities

• Build scalable capabilities that power investment products, portfolio analytics, and advisor tools.
  Ensure the platform can support multiple partners through modular APIs and services.

Translate Complex Investment Workflows Into Software

• Design systems supporting workflows such as:

  • portfolio construction and analytics

  • investment product distribution

  • portfolio reporting and performance tracking

  • trading and order workflows

  • advisor and client dashboards

• Work closely with engineering and UI/UX teams to design scalable, reliable platform architecture.

Build Developer-Friendly Platform Capabilities

• Lead the development of API-driven infrastructure used by partner institutions.

• Ensure Arta’s platform can integrate easily with partner systems such as digital banking apps, core banking systems, and wealth platforms.

Partner Closely With Engineering and AI Teams

• Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to design and ship complex technical products.

• Translate business and partner needs into clear product specifications.

• Provide strategic product leadership in architectural and platform design decisions, ensuring technical investments align with long-term business, scalability, and partner objectives.

Work With Institutional Partners

• Serve as a senior product leader and strategic counterpart to institutional partners, helping shape joint platform initiatives, integration strategies, and long-term product evolution.

• Balance partner customization with the long-term scalability of the platform.

Drive Product Execution

• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, design, AI, and business teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities and institutional deployments.

• Define success metrics and continuously improve platform performance and capabilities.
  

Product Leader

• 20+ years of experience across engineering, product management, and platform leadership roles, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale financial or technology platforms.

• Proven ability to define product vision, influence executive stakeholders, and lead organizations through complex platform evolution.

• Experience working with UI/UX teams and converting complex workflows into intuitive products

• Comfortable working deeply with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and platform design.

• Ability to lead through influence across engineering, AI, operations, and partner teams

• Experience building product operating models and execution frameworks in high-growth environments

• Strong strategic judgment combined with willingness to dive into details when needed

Fintech or Wealth Platform Experience

• Strong domain knowledge in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial infrastructure is a plus.

• Experience building products such as:

  • digital wealth platforms

  • portfolio management systems

  • investment data platforms

  • fintech infrastructure products

• Build the technical foundation for the next generation of AI-powered wealth platforms.

• Work closely with world-class engineers and AI researchers.

• Help define how modern financial institutions deliver investment products through technology.
